2025 Church Directory Information
Over the summer, we will be putting together an updated church directory. We ask for participation from all to fill out the provided form with your information. The form may be returned to the church office during office hours, placed in the secretary mailbox outside of the office, or you may email your information to smbcoffice@verizon.net. If we do not receive your completed form by June 30th, we will use what we have listed for you from our 2023 church directory, so be sure to check that it is correct.
